Hi, we're thinking of getting a small porch awning for tween season caravanning. Just somewhere to take off boots and wet coats, maybe store a kids bike. We've got a medium sized awning for the summer which we use when the forecast is good but want something storm proof for summer and autumn breaks. Any suggestions - tough, easy to put up and small footprint are our only criteria.
from a soggy, thunderstruck Cornwall five van site
We have a Sunncamp Swift and it's footprint is just shy of 2.5m x 2.5m. It's easy for one person to put up as it just uses a single curved pole at the front - there's no frame to construct.
It's big enough for a couple of small folding chairs and my wife's mobility scooter.
