Does anyone know if it is possible to get spares for Kampa water carriers please?

Whilst away this weekend, the black plastic socket that the ball from the handle sits in fell off into the darkness never to be seen again. I have been on to the Kampa site and sadly, like so many companies now they refuse to talk to customers and take trade enquiries only.

Mine isn't quite a year old yet so I have asked the retailer to rectify but so far no reply. It is a simple fix if I could just identify somewhere to source the parts.
