We have a erde trailer with a hardtop. Until now we have stored our camping gear in this in my daughters garage.She has now moved so we have nowhere to store our trailer only in the garden.I have taken out the tent, kitchen tent etc but i wondered if the other stuff will be okay?.Should i also use a tarpaulin or something for extra weather protection?
As long as there's nothing in there that will be affected by the wet or cold the trailer its self will be fine, It might be worth getting a big chain and lock if it is visible from outside of your garden, Tarpaulin will help but I wouldn't go out of my way to get one it'll be fine my trailer has been in my garden all year with just a badly fitting wooden lid and has had no problems.
