Haven't needed to use my detachable swan neck for a long time. Now I can only seem to get it half way in to the receptor just short of the side lugs sitting home. It is a square insert with sping loaded knob that retracts the circular lower safety pin. the top of the square is hooked so when it is fully home and level it would hook behind the end of the receptor. Following taking off the end cap I can see that the knob when turned retracts a sloped bar this allows the the lower pin situated on the base of the square to go back into it's recess thereby allowing the whole squere entry into the receptor. This appears ok and has no adjustment. I am flumoxed - has anyone had the problem?
