Depends how big you want them and your budget.

If you work it as half the rated capacity in the summer and probably about 10% or less during the winter. How many watts or amps do you need?

How long IS that piece of string?

More information needed from the Op. As Grampian has alluded towards, you need to provide an idea of your average consumption/draw from 12v, whether you plan to rely mainly on the panel for charging (eg non-EHU site), etc.
