I Just bought a wastehog New from Waudbys as they are doing them for £34.95 each and they only charge £3.45 for carriage and it was a big box, Ordered it Sunday b4 last and it was delivered on last thursday, I'm well pleased with it as it will make taking the waste water away much easier.(I'm partly disabled I bought a few other things there as well and the carriage price remained the same for all of it.

Looks very practical but will only be able to advise properly after this weekend Easter when I intend putting it to good use.

Regards

Geoff

I have read that wastehogs tend to hit the ankles whilst wheeling them along, and the wastemaster doesn't (we have one).  No doubt wastehog owners might disagree, but for a £5 saving it doesn't seem worth the risk!

I'd not seen a Wastehog until last weekend when I was a Wandahome - they have one on the wall, together with a Waterhog, Wastemaster and Aquaroll.  Now I know why someone once posted on here that a Wastehog won't fit in a Pathfinder folding camper - they are HUGE!  I don't know if they are much bigger, capacity-wise, than a Wastemaster, but they are much bulkier.  If space is not a concern, this won't be something you think about, but for those of us who have limited packing space, a Wastehog would use it all!!

Imogen, I too am very sorry to hear about Richard's Mum.

I hope that you won't be offended by me commenting on the Wastehog.

I chose thw Wastehog for it's greater capacity, the water level gauge, and the shelf/bracket for the toilet cassette or gas bottle. I used it for the first time at the Salisbury meet and found that it is taller than the Wastemaster which meant that the drain pipes had to 'run uphill' if lead into the 'correct' hole. I removed the level gauge and fed the pipes into the lower hole where the gauge had been fitted and it worked well. Previously my waste was collected in a simple container so anything would be better. I am very happy with it but then have only used it the one time. It will get another airing at Swiss farm this weekend.

Wastehog works well for us, and I still have intact ankles as well!
