Popaloo is a unique, compact, lightweight and space saving portable popup camping toilet. It can be used for camping, festivals, fishing, building sites, and many other places where you could get caught short.

We think this is great for camping, festivals and the like.

Have you got one of these? Have you seen them? Would you use them?

Why not let us know what you think?

I can see a lot of thought and hard work has gone into it and no doubt that is reflected in the price but when there are similar bucket type loos available for less than £20 I doubt I would ever be tempted to part with £65. That said, I have no doubt many people would so I wish it well. Some guy ropes on the tent would be desirable I think.

The running costs of the loo appear to be a bit over the top.
£14.95 for 10 bags, that's £1.50 a go.

It is a good design and great for space saving. I wouldn't want to pay that much though.

Why do they always make the doors so low on these pop up toilet tents though? Anybody but a child, or very small adult, has to stoop to get in and out of them.

PS Bob61
It does say in the video that you can put the guys and pegs in if needed.

I've got one here and the popup tent they do, so I'll test it out and let you know what it's like, and put some photos up.

Thats really clever but too expensive. Think I will stick with my camping stool with hole cut in the middle and rubble sacks!

agree with others far too expensive and not a great improvement on what's already available

We have a PETT loo which 'works' on a similar idea of converting wet into dry. For overnight and emergency use only it is very good and the dry powder can be supplemented with cat litter.
