Anyone out there got a spare one??? Someone who's coolbox has 'died' maybe???

Somehow we have lost ours (still got the mains lead thankfully). I have emailed Outwell on several occasions, and have yet to receive any kind of reply....frustrating really, so I wondered if anyone has one that I could beg, borrow or pay for??
