Hi. Does anyone know if there is a universal sun canopy to fit the icarus 600 2012 model. I have hunted high and low to buy a canopy for this tent. Just a basic sun canopy would be great I just want to be able to cook under it. Why do vango discontinue items so fast?

The Icarus has been around for a long time so a refresh to the Isis has been done this year. The enclosed awning/canopy from the Isis looks like it would work. You could get a big tarp an pull it over the tent, front and second pole and then make sure its big enough to come out the front as far as you want then use two 180-200cm canopy/king poles to support the front of the tarp on the corners through eyelets then get and adjustable pole 200-240cm an use that in the between the two other poles again through an eyelet to raise the front of the tarp and then guy out the tarp from all the corners and the front middle eyelet.
I didnt explain that very well but you get the idea.
