The ones I had, and those I had put up for events, all had flimsy pegging points, and the pegs and guys supplied are all inadequate to withstand strong winds.
In addition, the concertina joints are not very stable in the wind.
AVOID, except for occasional use in non-windy conditions, IMHO.

The only"gazebo" I've trusted up is the Coleman event shelter as it's designed more like a tent. If pop up is non negotiable then perhaps the quechua base seconds is an option?

Halfords did pop up gazebos last year for about £50. I'm a crafter and quite often craft stalls use gazebos, but they make weights for them as they take off even in a gentle breeze. You can do that too all you need is some cement, a length of plastic piping and a eye from a hardware shop. Just fill the plastic piping with the cement and before it's set put in the eye. Then hang from the corners of your gazebo.
A pop up gazebo with sides can help with the wind and will also help to shelter you.
