Thought I would share some photos of my new Weber Q120. Having messed around with Cobbs, Volcano Grills... nothing really cut the mustard. The Weber however... Oh my god - beware pix of good looking food...
Have also done ribeye steaks, sausages and a beef topside roast last night which was stunning. Oven based cooking times very slightly longer than for a conventional oven.
The only modification I have made so far is to install quick release gas pipe connectors. When camping or travelling I run it from a Camping Gaz 904 cylinder or when at home from a Patio Gas cylinder. Have found the butane is hotter than the propane.
If I wanted to run a camping stove and the Q from the same 907 cylinder is there limit to the hose length as the stove is inside the tent and will need the Q outside.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
