Hi, we have a hi gear double burner camping stove with grill - http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/hi-gear-double-burner-camping-stove-p142454

and would like to know if any one has a cheap place for getting gas for this. We are just trying camping so dont really want to go mad spending a fortune

Any ideas would help please

The expensive part is the deposit on the bottle so if you can get hold of a bottle, a refill for a 3.9kg will only cost you about £13 but will last you for ages as gas does not go out of date. If you do have to put a deposit down on a bottle you will get it back once you return it (try and get calour as they are a bigger stockist)

try free cycle gumtree e bay and the local recycling centre looking for an empty cylinder
