Hi, we have just bought our first caravan, a Swift challenger 470se 2 berth, it came with a trio mini & full size awning. My problem is that all the pics that I have seen of the trio mini show the mud wall going out wards, however the one we have got has the peg rubbers on the outside of the awning, so does this mean that the mud wall goes on the inside of the awning?, sorry if this sounds like a silly question but we are complete beginners at this sort of stuff.
Thanks in anticipation
Steve.

Ours has the mud wall flaps inside and I personally prefer it that way. I peg the floor down through the both of them and it keeps it nice and cosy when its windy. I try and utilise the same holes each time to prevent damaging them too much.

If the peg rubbers are on the outside then the mud wall flap goes towards the inside otherwise you won't be able to peg it out as it will be in the way. There should also be rings in the mud wall flap which you use the mushroom type pegs to peg it out on the inside as this helps to keep any draughts out plus stops them flapping about in windy conditions.
When you peg out the awning, the peg ladders at both corners are supposed to cross over each other rather than straight down as this makes the canvas more secure. That's what it states on my awning instructions anyway.
