We are looking at buying an Intex Queen size raised airbed to use in our Montana 6.

My nearest and dearest will be having an operation not long before we are off camping and a raised bed will make getting in and out of bed easier.

What we would like to know is if it is possible to fit a queen size raised airbed, oriented front to back, centred over the central dividing zip (opened) between the two sleeping pods?
We have been drawing scaled diagrams and looking at pictures of other peoples setups but it is not 100% clear if there is enough room to do this due to the curved zip section of the divider at the base of rear wall of the sleeping pod.

Any information or advice greatly received.

This picture shows the zip in question.

We did it in our concorde l on our last stay away but I can't remember if the divider is curved. I can't imagine it being a problem apart from maybe pulling on the back wall of the sleeping compartment a bit

Thank you both for the responses.

It does look like it would fit, it is just a case of how much the zip would rub against the airbed and how badly it would pull on the back wall.

Jason - We found some pics and video of a Concorde L and the zip seems to run straight into the corner.

It was a slim chance I know but we were hoping someone had done this with a Montana 6.
