Hi,
One of our awning pads has broken- I have bought a replacement:
Awning pad
but I'm not sure of the best way to fit it? I fear sewing it will make the awning leak and I'm not sure of what needle and thread would enable me to sew an awning?
Or it says to glue it- but again not sure what glue?

I would leave the old rubber part that is sewn on in position, and glue new one onto it using superglue
