I came across this photo and thought I'd share my kitchen mod: it's a Safari Chef sitting on top of an adapted Outwell kitchen unit. The modification involved a hole cutter (for the gas fitting to go through) and slots cut for the wind shield to fit into. It works really well - very sturdy.
