I put the oil bottle in a large enough tie-handle plastic food bag and then place it upright in the crate.
Same with toasted sesame seed oils and soya sauce etc...
Salt and pepper are cheapo grinders from Aldi/Lidl, again placed in food bag first then in the crate, but not necessarily upright.
Same with other herbs and spices even though they are in sealed containers - easier just to fish one big bag out before opening it up to place individual items on the table or larder.

Ito use salt pepper grinders Ibought them on a site shop for about a pound my oil I carry upright in the fridge wit the milk and a can or two to wedge it on the shelf
