hi guys/gals
Got a cobb struggling with heatbeads going out around 35 - 55 mins ...
Using a tin as a chimney to light they look lit after 20 mins ,glowing red etc ..
Put on plate & roasting plate chicken then lids ...
Starts cooking looking good etc etc ..
Then 35-55mins later they seem to go out no heat etc ..
Relight them again glowing red etc then fine for 45-55 mins
Same with other things I try eg huntsman chicken in foil trays ...
What am I doing wrong ??
What do you guys do ?
Any hints tips ??
Losing the will with this cobb
