We have an isabella commodore alpha, 2005-2007, I am looking at a ventura 300 annexe and wonder if it will fit the commodore alpha. Can you give me any advice on the fit?.

If your Commodore is the 3m version, then YES you should have no problem fitting a Ventura awning.
Ventura are basically Isabella's cheaper cousin, and are mostly interchangeable.
