Personally I would forget about the Hybrid Version, especialy if you are going to Southern Europe.
The Waeco CK40D CoolFun (non Hybrid version) would have been my portable fridge of choice, as I liked the idea of the Digital Display and Push Button settings, but could not get one at the time.
We got the Mobicool C40 (not B40) from Obelink for £139 inc delivery to UK, that was back in 2013.
And used it as a tempory freezer for a month when we moved house, needles to say it worked fine as a freezer.
If you need 12/24v then the Waeco FR-35 is a good buy, being cheaper than the Waeco CF-35 CoolFreeze but otherwise the same item, but price will be £250 upwards.
We have the 230v ck40, I guess it's quite old as doesn't have a digital display just a dial to adjust.
As we use it as a freezer I bought a cheap digital thermometer to put inside and found it didn't get down to the -15 during August last year. Knowing this we didn't bother with ice cream, meat was eaten within a few days, only frozen veg would be stored for longer and it did freeze our cool blocks.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
