Have been scouring the websites for these things to find the best deal. So far www.skidrive.co.uk are the cheapest at £100 for all the bits with aerobars and thats with delivery . Does anyone know of a cheaper place or other brands of bars that will do the job, any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried the Roof Box Company . Not sure how cheap they are, but they do a lot of stuff online

got mine through skidrive couldnt better the price can i ask whats the vehicle is as mine is for my mk4 golf and when i inquired the genuine article from vw was only 20 sheets more, and they are better also with roof protector strips i did however find that thule are very helpful if you need any adivce on fitting eg whats 4nm when your turning a knob by hand ...i didnt know either.. thule were very helpful when i rang them,also if you talk to thule they will tell you they make most of the roofbars for major manufacturers anyway

Eggobako , the car is a 1997 BMW three series coupe so I expect the originals will be a rip off. Cannot believe how much roofbars in general cost when you look at what they consist of and as for the price of topboxes - moaning git arent I haha

August will soon be here and time for camping in the new tent , yippeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!
