Hi, Don't know if this has been done before, but here goes. Put caravan on a seasonal hard standing pitch and put the awning up. Used the screw in type pegs and rock hard pegs, useless on this ground and 90% of the peg were loose, tried putting them in on an angle, a little better but not much. Onto Ebay, put in the search 12" plastic tent pegs, BINGO direct from the manufacturer 30 pegs including p/p £10.85p. The pegs are very strong and very well made. Anybody looking for good long, strong pegs buy these you will be well pleased. Phil.
