I'm looking for somewhere in Devon that can offer a tent cleaning and repair service.
I own a Kampa Croyde 8 and vestibule in need of a clean (not enough space at home - neither can I be assured of good weather) as it's been used a couple of times now, regardless of it being 'self cleaned' prior to re-packing.
Also, there are some minor repairs that need to be carried out such as a couple of tears in the ground sheet (repaired with duct tape) and some of the elastic tie down rings are missing.
I live in Plymouth and can arrange delivery/collection as required if not included in the service (hence requiring a local company)
Not exactly in Devon but, Tent Valeting Services in Bolton (yes, I know) seem to offer a good service, as people on here have experienced.
That said, seeing where you are, could there be a chandler's or other boating operation that might be able to help?
Alternatively, are you able to butter up someone with sufficient space to pitch it, and then wash with a hosepipe and brush (no detergent of course)?
A nearby school that's closed for summer, relative, friend, colleague etc???
You can buy spare elastic rings at many camping stores: they may not fit as the originals (sometimes sewn in) but can be attached using alternative techniques (there's bound to be an YouTube video on this).
Good luck with what seems to be an excellent choice of model.

Bridgeywidge, tedthebear - thank you for your suggestions and for taking the time to respond to my enquiry.
Will give Dart Sails a look.
Mainly looking for somewhere that does repairs but thought I'd get the rest done too (Duct tape degrades after a while). Seemed to make sense to get the whole set up done ready fpr our next adventure!!
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
