Currently camping in my vango icarus 600 and stuppidly stood back when pegging it down to catch guideline, gutted as ripped tag that hold it on out the seam, luckily it's not ripped hole in but is frayed slightly so big question is............
Where's best to get the small repair done???
I live in Newcastle upon Tyne so ideally local or close be great.

Send it back to vango they repair their own tents. I had sent my vango EOS 550XL for a repair caused by strong winds in the Lake District. I sent it on a Thursday and got it back the following Tuesday. They did a good job. Website is www.campingspares.co.uk
