Might be a stupid question but can awning carpet be used in tents? We have a skandika helsinki family tent and cant find a carpet specifically made fot this model. However there are awning carpets that would fit. Thanks in advance for any advice
Yes there is no reason for not using a different kind of flooring, in fact I wonder if awning carpet may be more nonslip as it usually has a more rubbery backing compared to a tent carpet?
We use an easycamp drive away awning carpet in our tent. It was the only one that fitted.
It is rubber backed and the flock is thinner but it works well and seems tougher and takes up less space in the boot.
