I have purchased a ecocamel shower head. on the advrt in the caravan club magazine, it claimed to fit all caravan shower systems, My current shower head is a whale elegance.
When i came to fit the shower head it does not fit, the thread on my old shower head is much smaller than that on the jetstream.
Having emailed Ecocamel, they just told me they could not help me, Handy considering they claim it fits all caravan shower systems.
Can anybody suggest a way to make this product fit ?

You could try a plumber to see if they have some form of adaptor but the product clearly does not do what it is advertised to do so, as Checkley and Peter have said, I would send it back.

Is the fitting of the original shower pipe the same at both ends? If you have a standard fitting at the actual shower mixer you could just buy a new hose as the fittings will be the same and fit the Ecocamel. Alternatively you could Google to see if there is an adaptor to fit the Whale system. The showers we have had in our current motorhome (Ecocamel) and previous caravans have always been standard domestic size.
