Just wanted to ask if anyone else had been frustrated by faulty kit from this company? We just bought a porch awning and the brackets that extend the poles are poorly made - they break when we try to close them. Sunncamp started off well enough by sending a replacement, and then four more when that one broke. Then finally we had a call from a rude man telling us that surely they must work. So now we have a useless awning and a set of broken brackets. Next stop, citizen's advice bureau.
The first thing you need to do is contact the shop you bought it from. Sunncamp themselves have no contract with you, it is the retailers that you have to contact.
Also just so I can advise you correctly, when did you purchase the awning.
Cheers
