We have just taken delivery of our new Lunar Quasar 544. This may seem a silly question but cann anybody tell me if we can have the heating on without having set up the water. Our old van just had a switch to put the heating on, isolated from the water heater controls. When we took possession the chap said we had a combi boiler which has confused us. We just want to heat the caravan whilst we are packing it.

When our Luna was being handed over to us we were told that the water tank can be empty without causing any damage with the heating on full.

If it is the Alde wet heating yes you can. That is run on a separate system, it has heating fluid in it, which I think is actually more like anti freeze!!!!!
