I know this is a sore subject to some but I use a generator on steam and vintage rallies along with many others last year I bought a wolf 950 watt inverter it was perfect for what I wanted 2 weeks ago I decided to check everything out ready for this season only to find the genny wouldn't start it turned out the pull cord clutch wasn't engaging the engine I phoned UKHS to get some help only for him to check my postcode find it was still under warranty he arranged courier pick up on 21/3 and it arrived back today 29/3 all shiny and new looking working perfectly that is what I call service and many firms would do well to copy their example so if your in the market for a genny I recommend them wholeheartedly
I couldn't agree more but as soon as you mention generator some people are instantly anti and don't wait to hear where you are going to use it I always use hook-ups on sites so that problem doesn't arise
