We purchased a kampa rally 390 end of March 2016. Middle of May 2016 we noticed the stitching by the awning rail was coming away and gaps were appearing and was leaking, Kampa authorised the repair, when we got it back last week, we noticed a hole in the roof, which kampa said we have caused by the tension bars in the roof touching the roof when windy which has caused the hole. Really ? After 2 months ? after putting the porch window up, with poles, the awning now has torn there, also has torn on the Draught Skirt, and is still leaking ,,,,, worst ever awning, looks like we have just burnt £300 ,,, for a awning which is less than 2 months old, been used 4 times,,,, it's a disgrace. And poor quality.,,, we have now had to buy another awning as we need one for 4 days time,
I have sent Kampa a email, am now waiting, as I feel this awning is faulty and not fit for purpose,
Strange, our Kampa Rally Pro 390 is the best awning ever.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
We read reviews and thats why we purchased it, and That's why I think we have a faulty one,,,, but waiting on Kampa now, as it's not fit for purpose, and gave now to purchase another brand. As feel let down by kampa
Yes very unlucky. ... and now been a whole day and no response from kampa, have now got onto the dealer,,, if no response will be taking it to my local bbc radio station who help with consumer issues,
Sorry that your experience of Kampa awnings is not good.
We purchased a 390 pro in 2014 still as good as new fantastic bit of kit. Pictures on my profile in Cornwall 2 years ago.
Purchased a Kampa Jamboree 390, 2 weeks ago to leave up on a seasonal pitch because it was at a great price on Preloved. Again very good quality awning (this one is second hand.

You need to go through dealer as your contract is with them as they sold it to you. It's their issue so keep ion at them.
best of luck - have had our 390 Club Rally for couple of season snow and been a good awning. As said you have been unlucky.
just a heads up on tension poles, it does say in instructions to ensure you turn the screw parts away from fabric so you may have trouble proving that one despite short length of time. Not saying its right just be aware of what is in instructions in case you haven;t read that
