We have just bought one of these today - thanx for all the info above - it was really useful. Do you think this will be sufficient to feed family of 4 (with a charcoal barbeque too) or should we be buying a griddle/ grill type thing or Cobb?

We are new to all this- please help :-)

depends how much you intend cooking whilst camping.  If you're going for a 4 course meal then maybe but think about when you're at home cooking an average meal, how many rings do you use on your hob? and what are you cooking on the BBQ?  I think you should be pretty OK with what you've got myself, it's all I'm taking!
