Hi all ,due to a recent stormy holiday several of the the plastic clips that grip onto the pegging down ladders for the awning have completelty snapped off .To replace these i would have to unstitch the little loops on the awning and then stich them back up which a do not want to do .I used cable ties temp measure ,but the wife thinks it looks like a bodge job.
Has anyone any idea if there is anything else i could use?

Would these work (feeding the anchor bit through the fabric loop then through its own loop and into ladder)?

Would the metal rings from a keyring do the job?
Wind them on and you should be able to peg down easily.

Thread a ladder through the material loop and pull through on itself, you can then peg down using the ladder to adjust as necessary.
