Thanks to everyone who replied to my post for trailer plans about a month ago, Many thanks to adrian (Who posted a pic of his trailer) and got me into gear to build my steel and aluminium trailer.

6 Lengths of 30mm x 30mm x 3mm x 7500mm (For box frame and lid not shown) £58.00, 1 Length 50mm x 50mm x 5mm x 6000mm (For A frame and 1 for suspesion mounts)£17.00, 2 500kg indespension type units plus hubs and mounting plates + Bolts and nyloc nuts £83.00, Steel plate to mount coupling on 8mm thick (Supplied profiled to right shape by supplier)
£6.00, 5 sheets of aluminium 2.5mm x 915mm x 1830mm (Supplied by my boss for 1p each - Nice guy), Mudguards £12.00 each, 3 x Gemini alloy wheels for mini (From ebay)£16.00, Lights with wiring loom and built in triangles £30.00, Coupling with bolts £20.00, tyres £50.00, Wheel nuts £5.00, Sundries (Rivets, nuts and bolts) £11.00.
Still to source two gas rams for lid (From scrap yard from estate car) plus hinges and lock.
Plans only took about 15mins for the box frame and A frame/axle was doe on the fly (If anyones interested i will draw something up plus a cutting list if theres enough interest) another thing to note is this thing is tough.
