A good bread knife, great for slicing rustic bread easily.

Oh, I do miss that fantastic French bread, so-called French sticks in UK supermarkets just don't come anyway near to the real thing.

light weight waterproof coat, lies in back of car for if its raining when we pull up so I dont get soaked any more while I set up. With three kids the option to sit and see if it goes over is NOT an option..

Spare shoes/boots for the same reason as it rains a lot in Ireland and round the conc base always seems wetter than most other ground.

shoes, always take dress shoes but end up wearing my tracksuit bottoms and trainers. I think its because we used to go for a curry, but now i have to lose a few stone, i meant pounds, so we dont bother. Still its good to know they are there
