Hi Guys,
Can anyone point us in the right direction please.....!
We're seriously looking to buy of of the above tv's but not sure which on to buy that's trustworthy and decent quality without paying silly money.
We mainly will use it on 12 volts.
can anyone recommend which one to purchase.
Your help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Paul

I have the Avtex 188drs and it is used on 12v most of the time, built in DVD/CD player and sat free to air receiver. These are designed for caravan usage, it draws just under 3amp, they are expensive but are very good. Press a button on the hand controller and it tells you how much battery power is left and one button programme search. My caravan has a Avtex 'stick' aerial and get a brilliant picture in HD.------------- Skoda Octavia Estate 2.0TDi 4x4 (2012) towing a Compass Omega 482 (2014)

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Heard Avtex are good but they're out of our price range sadly.
We need to look cheaper.
Thank you again.
Regards,
Paul

Back again....
Forgotten to ask...
Do you use a Solar Panel and what wattage to you recommend please?
We only ever use hookup maybe twice a year and so the 12v tv is most important for when we wish to watch.
Thanks again.

It's worthwhile looking out for Aldi special buys. We bought one last year for £99 and it has all the features you asked for. They come with a 3 year warranty and we are very pleased with it.
