Has anyone heard anything recently about FL Hitchman, the Aquaroll people? After our 6 year old mains water ball valve broke at the last bank holiday weekend, we ordered a replacement from the FL Hitchman website. They took payment on the 1st May but so far, I have not received the item. I emailed them last week and have got no reply, I phoned them today and just got an answer machine and their website appears to be down.

Are they still in business?

I ordered a couple of things before Easter, the service was slow and crap to be honest. Shame because their products are great.
