Has anyone heard anything recently about FL Hitchman, the Aquaroll people? After our 6 year old mains water ball valve broke at the last bank holiday weekend, we ordered a replacement from the FL Hitchman website. They took payment on the 1st May but so far, I have not received the item. I emailed them last week and have got no reply, I phoned them today and just got an answer machine and their website appears to be down.

Are they still in business?

They look open. Maybe they've been hit with the PC virus.

I've finally got through to them on the phone! They are open and are looking into why I haven't received my order!

I ordered a couple of things before Easter, the service was slow and crap to be honest. Shame because their products are great.
