Hi does anyone use one of these and are they any good, thought they may be better than an ordinary frying pan( less spatter) also can be used for braising etc??

Can't think of any advantage over a non-electric one myself.
Disadvantage yes, in that one is unlikely to be able to use a kettle or heater when using an electric frying pan. It is also more difficult to clean, IMHO.

Hi, we use a Vonchef electric frying pan/multicooker. 45cm with a lid. Its fabulous!!!! We do full cooked breakfasts, chilli, spag bol, curry, pan fried chicken (OH bones a full chicken out so like a spatchcock without bones and throws it in with leeks and mushrooms) all sorts can be cooked on/in it. About £28 including delivery from amazon. I find it easy to clean too. Hope this helps it also turns down nice and low so you can "pootle" your food along slowly.
We use a 1300 watt 'Quest' Elite Maxi Grill which is designed for campers and caravanners using electric hook up. We have cooked gammon steaks, rump steaks, burgers plus a full English breakfast and highly recommend it.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
