Hi could someone give me some advice? Just bought our first caravam a 1995 abi ace tycoon,we have got a camptech 390 air awning but when we tried to erect it for the firdt time it would not go amywhere near the side of the van at the front.There is agood 6 inch gap.Caravan is level,is the awning faulty or am i doing sometthing wrong?
Have you got the front inflatable pole directly fitted in front of the side window?
If you have then this will create a gap merely because the pole isn't flush to the side of the caravan.
