I have had a search but could not find the answer on this forum or the internet.
We finally bought a Cadac Carri Chef 2 a few days ago (it has been on our camping wish list for two years!).
We also bought the roast pan to go with it and I attempted my first roast chicken on it yesterday ... disaster! The chicken was burnt on the outside and that was with the heat turned right down. Has anyone managed to use this roasting pan successfully?

PS cooked the best pancakes for the children on it this morning and the pizza was lush on the pizza stone!
How didn't you get your pizza to cook ok on it without it sticking to the pizza stone?
Each time we have used the pizza stone it has stuck really bad!!
