The waste pipes are about central on my caravan
Ive got a 2008 Ace Supreme Globestar twin axle
I don't collect the waste water in a container i run pipes straight into the waste drain
But a large container would of fitted under the caravan
Im thinking of getting a 2018 Isabella Commodore Awning

Floyd47,
the only thing I would recommend is that you support the awning with extra poles on the roof & front uprights & make sure the front is set low to make sure all water runs off & its well pegged down, we had a brand new awning two years ago it stayed up reasonable well first year, but last year with all the early rain & wind we got a call from the site owners to say the wind had blown it down & that the water on the roof had bent some of the poles, we we got to the site a week later the water on the roof had also ripped the roof we ended having to bin the awning & there were about half of the poles bent. we will in the future take our next awning down each time we leave site, hope your stands up to the weather for the season.
