Hi I have just bought a new roof only caravan cover and am a bit concerned with two straps which rest on Windows what should I do about it or just leave it does show any marking yet and has been on since December.

Hi, I imagine that this roof cover perhaps hangs over the edges all around the roof and down the side/front and back of the van just like a duvet hangs over the edges of a bed?
If this is the case, how many straps does it have? Could they be moved, but still used avoiding the windows. I don't think I would like to have straps with the potential to damage the windows. I would move them if it would be a fairly easy job.
