The bottle needs to have a direct connection ie the pipe needs to come straight off the bottle giving a high pressure supply to the regulator on the the Charbroil.

Search online “Calor propane pigtail” & you will see what I mean. The issue you will have is finding an adaptor to allow the pigtail to screw into Charbroil regulator.

You are correct in your statement that you cannot run an item with 2 regulators - as i had posted in my preious post
