Hi All
I have a trailer with mesh sides which are bolted on using what i think are called captive nuts (i might be wrong).
Anyway, one of them (the bolts) just spins and i cannot get it out and therefore cannot take the sides off completely.
Is there anyway that i can fix this myself, its not a major issue as what i normally do is take the sides off when not using the trailer and store the sides, its just i cannot get two of them apart and would like to
Any ideas?

Chemical metal. Its like epoxy glue on steroids.

Several different brand but often comes in a plasticine form with 2 parts. Mix a small section and then use that to bond the nut into place.

Unless you know someone who can braze or solder the nut back into place.

Clean the threads and lubricate them to prevent more of them coming free.
