You don't say what make of fridge you have but normal caravan fridges only run on 12 volts when you are attached to your towing vehicle and the engine is running at normal driving speed. If operated from a battery it would be flat in a matter of minutes !!
Your only option is an electric hook-up or gas which you say does not work.
I assume that you have gas in the bottle and that any gas tap to the fridge is turned on. You can check this by lighting the cooker.
Have you tried keeping the button depressed for at least 1 minute to allow gas to reach the fridge. You may need to do this several times before it ignites.
If it doesn't then I would suggest it needs some professional help.

If my 60 w solar panel was working fully would this be enough to operate fridge?

12v fridge elements are usually 120w, so probably not a good idea.

Two problems, Bermuda
As Jake says you would very soon run down your battery even with your solar panel.
Secondly normally your fridge is not wired to operate from the battery. It may be possible to adapt the wiring but that would take someone with expert knowledge.
As I said earlier, I think your only viable solution is to get the gas system up and running.
