Got the cooler myself 2 weeks ago. Ordered the 240V adapter from the website and it has been chilling wee stubbies and a bottle of cider since last Friday now. Will run it for another week just to be sure. At 40L storage space it is excellent and should take up less space in the Dandy than a fridge. One thing to watch is that a 2L bottle of Cider placed at the left side will hit off the underside of the fan cover & not allow the lid to close - always leave space under here for air circulation.

Lidl patio heaters are £49:99 good price. For those who do not have a Lidl nearby, Wilkinson are selling a similar patio heater for the same price. made by sunngas.
