Cannot help with two cup holders, but a camping Director chair with table may work.

Don't recall seeing one with double cup holder.

I've got Director chairs similar to link, but with a cup holder sunk into table, bit more resistant to spilled drinks!

Could you not get a small table? Then there is room for the glass and the bottle or bottle of beer and some dry roasted or salt and vinegar (unless you're a bit posh and do olives and sundried tomatoes).

Lafuma do a cup holder which fits their chairs and loungers. Part cup holder, part tray, they're excellent (as are the chairs and loungers).

Before we discovered the Lafuma chairs and cup holders, we used an Outwell Baffin table. Small to carry and store, lightweight and just the right height for a drinks table between chairs. Also extremely useful as it doubles up as a stool or leg rest when you take the top off.
