Hi
I have a 12/240v coolbox that I use in the car while travelling to and from Spain once or twice a year
For what we need it’s been brilliant.
Since March we have used it in the house as a backup for cans bottles etc as we are both shielding.
It’s been on 24/7 for about 3.5 months.
Now the fan has become a bit hit and miss , hardly surprising.
So I thought I’d find a fan somewhere to replace it.
I can’t seem to Locate a fan anywhere
Apparently I’m advised to throw the box away and buy a new one.
I am a great believer in repairing and reusing all sorts of items, so can anyone point me at a repairer of cool boxes please, so I can try to obtain a suitable fan?
It’s a Chinese part EFS-12e12h dc fan.
with 2 impellers.

Yep, Aldi got them in at £39.99 so not economical to repair.

just from a quick google, it may be a fairly standard 120mm fan.
If that's the case then any computer shop will be able to supply a replacement.
I would probably just look for any 12v fan that will fit in the space, and glue it in if you have to.
