Hi

I bought an extra insulated foam mat for extra insulation with my other mat which has no insulation.

Question is should I put the insulated mat on top of my other mat or keep it on the ground and the other mat on top for better insulation?

P.s its a cheap foam mat with insulation on cover sorta thing

If you mean an aluminised mat I'd use it with the metallic side uppermost to reflect warmth.
