has anyone else purchased one of these and found that the horizontal tension poles are too long to go over the uprights, we purchased ours in 2019 and had it replaced by Towsure with another of the same, only to find the replacement has the same fault whilst we were away this month, Kampa customer services unhelpful as it is out of warranty and suggest taking it up with Towsure

We thought ours was too long but there is knack of fitting them. Solid as a rock when up.

took it back to Towsure who rang Kampa who had never heard of my problem and would Towsure erect it in my presence - the very helpful and friendly assistant laid it on the floor and got it perfect in one go - I had been erecting it stood up and connected to the awning rail first, so next trip out I hope they are right or I will video the result
